We ship from our hub in Malta to all EU member states and selected neighbouring countries. All prices on this site are in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable.
Delivery times
How long a parcel is in transit depends on where it lands, which is also what decides the service carrying it.

There is nothing to choose at checkout: where the parcel is going settles which service carries it and what it costs. Everything leaving Malta goes tracked and signed for, at a flat €13.00 whatever it weighs and wherever in our range it lands. Within Malta it is a single untracked service at €3.50, so nothing posted locally can be traced in transit.
Orders over €100 ship free, to Malta and abroad alike — the rate above is waived in full, and the service is unchanged.
Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and you will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships. International orders are tracked; post within Malta is not, so we cannot trace it in transit.
Customs & duties
Orders shipped within the EU incur no additional customs charges. For non-EU destinations, any import duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
